One ordinary car licence only. This is not legal advice or an assessment of age, eyesight, licence authenticity, sanctions, multiple licence categories or exceptional status. The police page lists application age from 17 years 6 months and issuance from 18 for an ordinary licence; other conditions remain for the centre to assess. Three months is not calculated as 90 days, and no conversion deadline is calculated. This English explanation is independent, not an official translation.
